BREAKING: Adeleke Presents Certificate of Return to President Tinubu at State House



Osun State Governor, Ademola Adeleke, has presented his Certificate of Return to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu at the State House in Abuja.

Adeleke, who was re-elected in the August 15, 2026 Osun State governorship election, arrived at the State House at about 5:20 p.m. on Thursday and proceeded straight to the President’s office for the meeting.

The meeting comes shortly after the governor secured another term in office following his victory at the polls.

Adeleke’s visit to the State House is expected to further strengthen the relationship between the Osun State Government and the Federal Government as he begins preparations for his second term.

FIVE OYO STATE ATHLETES QUALIFY TO REPRESENT NIGERIA AT THE CANADA OPEN CHAMPIONSHIP  By Ayobami Fakorede  The Oyo State Government is proud to announce that five athletes from its Rowing, Canoe, and Sailing team have earned the honour of representing Nigeria at the national level, following their outstanding performance at the just concluded National Canoe Sprint/Kayak Trials. The trials, which form part of the 2026 programme of activities of the National Rowing, Canoe and Sailing Federation, were held at Jabi Lake, Abuja, from March 22 to 23, 2026.
