PUBLIC DISCLAIMER

The attention of the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) has been drawn to a fraudulent online advertisement being circulated via the fake email address: npflnews.aquavisioninc@gmail.com, and shared across social media and other digital platforms. The publication falsely claims to be a recruitment notice for photographers on behalf of the NPFL.

The NPFL wishes to state clearly and unequivocally that:

  1. The said advertisement did not originate from the NPFL.

  2. The NPFL has not authorized any individual, group, or organization to conduct recruitment of photographers, staff, or contractors on its behalf through the referenced email address or any unofficial channel.

  3. The email address and all contact details contained in the publication are fraudulent and have no connection whatsoever with the NPFL.

  4. This is a deliberate case of impersonation and misrepresentation intended to mislead unsuspecting members of the public. The NPFL completely dissociates itself from this advert and strongly advises the public to disregard it in its entirety.

  5. The matter has been formally reported to the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) for full investigation and prosecution of those responsible for this fraudulent activity.

The NPFL remains fully committed to safeguarding the integrity of Nigerian football, ensuring transparency in all its engagements, and protecting the interests of its stakeholders.

For the avoidance of doubt, all official announcements, job postings, or partnership opportunities will only be communicated through the NPFL’s verified platforms, including our official website: https://www.npfl.com.ng.

We urge members of the public—particularly football enthusiasts, media practitioners, and potential partners—to exercise due caution and to always verify any information relating to the NPFL via our official communication channels.

Signed,
Management
