**Oyo State Pacesetter Queens Football Club Announces Scouting Program**

The Oyo State Pacesetter Queens Football Club has officially announced its upcoming scouting program to identify talented players for the team. The technical crew has invited the general public to the official trial, scheduled to take place from Wednesday, 13th August 2025 to Friday, 22nd August 2025.

The trials will be held at the Lekan Salami Sports Complex, Adamasingba, Ibadan, starting promptly at 8:00 AM each day. This initiative is open to mature players both within and outside Oyo State who are eligible to compete in the Nigeria Women Football League.

NSC Constitutes Organizing Team for 2027 Africa School Games

The National Sports Commission (NSC) has announced a 21-man Local Organizing Committee (LOC) for the Africa School Games, slated to hold in Abuja, Nigeria, in 2027. Nigeria was unanimously announced as the host of the 2027 edition of the Games during an extraordinary session of the ANOCA Executive Committee held on the sidelines. The NSC has been proactive in putting together a world class event, which prompted its leadership to announce the LOC.
